Epic Travel Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Disclosure Requirements

Be upfront with your audience. Let them know you may earn commissions from bookings or purchases made through your affiliate links. Honesty builds trust, and trust leads to better results for everyone involved.

2. No Self-Referral

Using your own affiliate link to make a booking or transaction is not allowed. We want to keep things fair and transparent—genuine referrals only, please!

3. Fair Practices

We expect affiliates to engage in ethical promotional behavior. That means:

• No click fraud, incentivized clicks, or artificial traffic generation.
• No misleading ads or “clickbait.”
• No using bots, auto-redirects, or automated scripts to drive traffic.

We monitor for irregular patterns (like high click-throughs but no conversions). If things look suspicious, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account.

4. Content Guidelines

We encourage creativity—but not at the expense of respect or legality. Your content must:

• Comply with all copyright, trademark, and intellectual-property laws.
• Avoid any offensive, discriminatory, or inflammatory language or visuals.
• Not promote or endorse hate speech, violence, illegal activities, or harmful products.

We have zero tolerance for racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, or other discriminatory content. Violators will face content removal or permanent removal from the platform.

5. Responsibility for Posted Content

You are fully responsible for any content you post or share through our platform and your affiliate links. By participating, you agree to:

• Ensure all shared content aligns with these guidelines and local laws.
• Indemnify and hold Epic Travel and its affiliates harmless from any legal claims, damages, or losses resulting from your content.

6. Prohibited Promotional Methods

To ensure an enjoyable experience for all, please avoid:

• Spamming via email, SMS, or social media.
• Posting in unrelated forums or comment sections.
• Offering incentives to click links.
• Using misleading or exaggerated claims.

Keep your promotions genuine and relevant. If you're unsure about a method, feel free to check in with us.

7. Restricted Products or Services

You may not promote the following through your affiliate links:

• Illegal goods or services.
• Weapons, drugs, or adult content.
• Fraudulent financial schemes or speculative investment platforms.
• Any product or service we deem inappropriate for our audience.

When in doubt—ask us.

8. Geographic Restrictions

The Epic Travel Affiliate Program is currently open to participants from selected regions. Eligibility may vary based on local regulations, tax compliance, and platform partnerships. It’s your responsibility to ensure you’re eligible to participate in your jurisdiction.

9. Affiliate Sharing Program

Affiliates enrolled in the Basic Creator Program may earn up to 50% of ad revenue and/or affiliate commission generated from their content. This includes:

• Views or clicks on travel content shared via your affiliate link.
• Completed hotel, flight, or activity bookings tied to your referral.

Revenue calculation is based on:

• Validated, non-incentivized traffic.
• Completed transactions (refunds or cancellations may affect final earnings).
• Advertiser settlements and overall platform performance.

10. Payment Terms and Conditions

Earnings Calculation

• All earnings are calculated in USD for consistency across our platform.
• Commissions are based on validated bookings, verified traffic, and ad revenue attributable to your shared content.
• Only completed bookings or fully viewed ads (with no cancellations, chargebacks, or disputes) will be counted.
• The cut-off date for earnings is the last day of each calendar month.

Payout Eligibility

• You become eligible for payment once your accumulated total earnings exceed USD $50.
• Balances below USD $50 will automatically roll over to the next month until the threshold is met.
• If disqualified transactions are later discovered, they may be deducted from your next payout.

Payment Request Procedure

To receive your payout:

• Submit a payment request between the 1st and 5th of the following month. Example: For earnings accumulated by July 31, submit your request between August 1–5.
• Ensure your account details are complete and accurate, including your payment method, local currency, and banking or e-wallet information.
• Only one payment request can be made per eligible month.

Payment Disbursement Timeline

• After your request is verified, payments will be processed within 10–15 business days following the close of the request window.
• This timeline is subject to fund disbursement from our partner platforms and advertisers. Example: For a request submitted by August 5, payment is typically made between August 15–25.

Currency Conversion

• While earnings are tracked in USD, payouts will be made in your local currency, subject to the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.
• We use reliable exchange sources, but fluctuations may affect your final payout.
• Any associated transaction or currency conversion fees may be deducted by your selected payment provider.

Additional Notes:

• You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.
• Payments may be delayed or withheld in the event of missing/incorrect payment information, account review due to suspicious activity, or delays from commercial partners.
• Epic Travel is not responsible for payment issues resulting from third-party platforms (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, or banks).

11. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

You must ensure all your promotional activities comply with local and international advertising, privacy, and disclosure laws, as well as platform-specific rules (Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.). Failure to comply may lead to removal from the program and/or legal consequences.

12. Regular Monitoring and Reporting

We may request insights on your promotional methods or campaigns to help optimize performance. You agree to provide honest and timely reporting and to cooperate in reviews or investigations.

13. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice for:

• Violation of these terms.
• Fraudulent or unethical behavior.
• Posting offensive or prohibited content.
• Repeated low-quality traffic or spammy tactics.

We’re committed to maintaining a high-quality, respectful environment for all users.

14. Modification of Terms

These terms may be updated occasionally to reflect changes in our platform, program, or legal requirements. Continued participation after an update indicates your acceptance. We'll do our best to notify you of major changes.

15. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for loss of earnings due to system errors, delayed payments, or third-party actions; content removed due to guideline violations; or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation. Use of the platform is at your own risk, and you agree to hold us harmless from any claims.
